Shantelle Whitehead, PsyD
Owner & Founder
Shantelle Whitehead, Psy.D, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and founder of Dr. Shantelle and Associates, Ltd. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. Dr. Shantelle’s experience in the social services field is extensive and varied, having worked in a residential home for children, community mental health agency, psychiatric inpatient setting, university counseling center, and school setting. She also taught graduate-level seminars, authored a manual on play therapy techniques, and has made numerous professional presentations on topics that range from parenting teenagers to recognizing signs of Post-traumatic Stress Disorder.
Dr. Shantelle specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents on various issues such as behavior problems, trauma/PTSD, depression, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, anxiety/OCD, LGBTQ+ issues, domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, and relational issues. Using interventions specifically chosen for each individual, she is able to quickly develop rapport and help each client reach their full potential. She has specific training in sports psychology and working with traumatized youth. She also was trained by the Psychedelic and Research Training Institute in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Dr. Shantelle’s therapeutic approach is characterized by warmth, humor, acceptance, and collaboration. She tailors treatment to meet a client’s individual needs through a variety of treatment modalities, some of which include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, interpersonal therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and play therapy.

Dr. Shantelle currently offers individual, couples, family therapy, and KAP via telehealth and in-person sessions in the Naperville and Hinsdale locations.​

Rachel Schroeder, LCPC
Rachel Schroeder is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples and families. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Arts degree in psychology from Roosevelt University. She is also trained in highly effective, evidenced based treatment modality of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and trained by the Psychedelic and Research Training Institute in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).With experience helping a wide array of clients with social, emotional, and behavioral issues, Rachel is equipped to help individuals, couples, and families to process their experiences and develop techniques to cope and thrive.

Rachel specializes in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, women’s issues, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, adjustment disorders, and self-esteem issues. In addition, she is able to utilize EMDR to effectively treat a variety of issues including eating disorders and post-traumatic stress disorder. Lastly, she is experienced in working with the relational challenges and dynamics that occur within couples and families.

Rachel uses an eclectic blend of treatment therapies based on each individual client’s needs, including utilizing a psychodynamic approach mixed with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She is highly skilled at fostering meaningful relationships and developing effective short-term and long-term plans to achieve each client’s unique goals.
Rachel currently offers individual, couples, family therapy, and KAP via telehealth and in-person sessions in the Naperville and Hinsdale locations.

Bailey Coyne, LPC
Bailey Coyne, LPC, is a licensed professional counselor with training in both sports psychology and clinical mental health counseling. Bailey earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in sports, media, and communications at Northeastern University and her Master of Arts in counseling at Lindenwood University. While successfully obtaining both of these degrees, Bailey was a scholarship athlete on each school’s division one ice hockey team and went on to play professionally post graduation. She also completed an internship with the Chicago Blackhawks and has been an ice hockey coach at an elite level. Lastly, Bailey is has completed her Level one training in EMDR and is also completing the final steps to become a CMPC (Certified Mental Performance Coach).

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Bailey specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and athletes of all ages. She is passionate in treating individuals with a wide variety of needs, some of which include anxiety, life transitions, trauma/PTSD, and sports performance concerns. Bailey truly believes that each client’s unique therapeutic goals can be accomplished and that strength and growth will occur as the work is done together to overcome each personal challenge. Moreover, her goal in working with each client is to prioritize their personal needs. With that in mind, she sets goals and works together in each session to move closer to those goals beach week.

When working with athletes, Bailey is dedicated to being a life time learner as the Sports Psychology field evolves and is member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AAPS). In addition, her athletic history has provided her the first-hand knowledge of the struggles that athletes face when it comes to performing. With her combined clinical knowledge, athletic experience, and trauma training, Bailey is able to help athletes to find the peace and confidence within the high-pressure world of sport performance and overcome any personal or sport-related challenge in order to perform at their highest potential.

Audrey R. Davis, EdD, MSW, LCSW
Dr. Audrey R. Davis, EdD, MSW, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and seasoned psychotherapist with a strong background in working with individuals across the lifespan. Since 2017, she has provided therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in both school-based and clinical settings. Her expertise is grounded in years of service as a school social worker, special education expert, and professor, equipping her with a deep understanding of developmental needs, systemic challenges, and family dynamics.

Dr. Davis uses an eclectic, evidence-based approach tailored to each client’s needs. Her training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered and Humanistic approaches, Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused models, as well as Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy. She works both in person and remotely, offering flexible and accessible care designed to promote healing, insight, and growth.

Whether supporting a child navigating emotional dysregulation, a teen in crisis, or an adult seeking clarity and direction, Dr. Davis delivers therapeutic services with clinical skill, cultural sensitivity, and unwavering commitment to client well-being.

Roza Gelman, LSW
Roza Gelman, LSW, is a licensed social worker who has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology degree at Bradley University and her Master’s of Social Work degree from Aurora University. With years of experience working with at-risk and special needs children and their families, Roza possesses both the background and knowledge to effectively support clients of different ages and personal struggles.
Roza specializes in working with individuals ages 3 and older and their families with a variety of mental health concerns, including behavioral issues, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, and relationship challenges. Her therapeutic approach is characterized by empathic understanding, sincerity, non-judgment, and acceptance. With a person centered and strength based mindset, Roza works with the perspective that all individuals have the ability to employ their unique talents to bring change within their life. She believes counseling provides an opportunity to explore oneself, experience healing, and learn tools for navigating challenges, thus leading to a life of resilience and fullness. She works to provide an open and safe environment for individuals and families to connect, build bonds and experience positive change.
Together, Roza works with clients to tailor the approach that best fits their needs. To support a client’s life schedule, she offers in person and virtual sessions during evening and weekend hours at the Naperville office.

Erin Golon, LPC
Erin Golon is a licensed professional counselor who enjoys working with adolescents and adults of all ages. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Miami University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands.
Erin specializes in working with individuals and families struggling with depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias, family and relationship conflict, grief and loss, and life transitions. Utilizing her knowledge and understanding that stems from her lived experiences and personal journal, Erin also is skilled at helping women who are struggling with the emotional challenges of
motherhood.
Everyone, at some point in their lives, faces difficulties that seem impossible to overcome. Erin believes that these struggles can be an opportunity for growth and change. Her approach to therapy is person-centered and she chooses interventions based on the needs of the client. She uses a variety of modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy, family systems therapy, and attachment-based therapy. She guides clients through their healing process by encouraging a balance of self-understanding and action. Erin is passionate about helping people find relief from emotional distress so they can live their lives to the fullest.
Erin provides in-person and virtual options to all clients in the Naperville and Hinsdale offices.

Jarrod Juskiewicz, LPC
Jarrod Juskiewicz is a licensed professional counselor with a background in both sport psychology and clinical mental health. Jarrod earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Illinois Wesleyan University and played on the baseball team. He then obtained a Master’s in Counseling: Specialization in Sport and Health Psychology at Adler University. He has worked within a community mental health agency and functioned as a mental performance consultant for both high-level and beginner athletes. Jarrod’s degree and experience allow him to work with a wide range of ages and diagnoses. Each person is unique, and Jarrod is sure to provide an individualized therapeutic approach centered on authenticity, acceptance, and empowerment.
Within the clinical setting, Jarrod specializes in working with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, PTSD, relationship-building challenges, and difficult life transitions. Building effective rapport is paramount, and Jarrod utilizes a warm approach that is collaborative and strengths-based to help his clients reach their goals. Furthermore, Jarrod utilizes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Brief Intervention Therapy.
Within the sport context, Jarrod blends his sport psychology and clinical mental health expertise to provide mental skills training to individual athletes, teams, and coaches and treat any co-existing mental health issues that his clients face. Jarrod’s work pertains to various topics, including managing performance anxiety, improving confidence, regulating emotions for optimal performance, focus enhancement, effective communication, improving goal setting, increasing motivation, and the implementation of specialized leadership training. In addition, he passionately supports athletes to achieve optimal performance and well-being within their sport and life.
Jarrod currently provides individual therapy and group workshops. He offers both telehealth and in-person options for all clients in the Hinsdale office.

Victoria Hudson, LCPC
Victoria Hudson is a licensed clinical professional counselor who enjoys working with teenagers, adults, and couples. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Thomasville University. Victoria is currently completing the final steps to become a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Victoria specializes in working with teenagers and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, and life transitions. She has provided therapeutic services within the school system and the medical field. Using her clinical knowledge and lived experiences, Victoria is also skilled in helping women who are experiencing lack of confidence, low self-esteem, infidelity, and relationship issues.

Victoria understands that people want to feel supported, feel confident that they can overcome obstacles, and feel HEARD. She provides a safe, and judgment-free space to assist clients with tackling the root of the issue, establishing goals, and uncovering their personal strengths to reach the goals. Victoria understands that each individual is unique and utilizes a collaborative, strength-based approach that is specific to their needs. Her main theoretical orientations are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It takes a lot of courage and faith to follow through with seeking help. Victoria is committed to helping clients to gain control of their life and move in the direction of confidence.

Suha Quraishi, LSW
Suha Quraishi, LSW, is a licensed social worker who enjoys working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and couples. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from Loyola University Chicago, and her Master of Social Work degree from Aurora University with a track in healthcare and addictions. With years of experience in inpatient, intensive outpatient, agency, and private practice settings, Suha brings a well-rounded background to support her clients effectively.
Whether struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, Suha works with her clients to find relief and foster growth. She provides a safe, welcoming environment within her sessions where a person’s story truly matters. Together with her clients, she explores their experiences and helps them to build practical tools to move toward their individualized goals. She believes that people deserve a space where they feel truly seen, heard, and supported--no matter what challenges they are facing, and her hope is to walk alongside them throughout their personal journey.
Suha uses evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, as well as mindfulness, attachment-based therapy, and somatic techniques. If seeking support for a child, Suha engages in play and art therapy tailored to their needs. Her goal is to blend expertise with genuine warmth, so her clients feel empowered and understood every step of the way.
